• find a selection of the most suitable properties which match the family’s own needs and consistent with their company’s requirements;
• solve questions of buying or leasing, advise on tax and legal matters and check that the property is in good condition with all facilities fully operational;
• assist in negotiation with landlords;
• help in preparing all necessary documents for lease or purchase;
• accompany the expat through whole process of renting or buying, from signing up to signing off, right up to the return of the deposit and the clearance report;
• provide support with the contract, supervise the agreement details, negotiate with landlords on extension, termination or alteration of contracts, sorting out problems and assisting in case of emergency;
• offer extra services as needed, including maintenance, household services, technical aid and coordination of the emergency services.

Early in the orientation programme we will discuss different Moscow districts and their characters. Once the expat has decided on their preferred area(s), we will swiftly comb the market and collate a selection of the best value flats or houses in the locality.

We will also help you to find comfortable well-appointed serviced apartments for short-term rent, if you need to stay in Moscow for several days or even for several months.
